Becoming Tobacco Free – Help Is Available

Many Americans’ New Year resolutions include becoming a non-smoker.  If you are one of them, there is a website available to help you do exactly that at

Information on the website says that even if an individual has tried to quit before, this program is different.   The “4 Essential Practices to Quit for Life” are designed to help a person become tobacco free.

It continues-- “We understand that quitting is about more than just not smoking.  When you join our program, a Quit Coach® will help you become an expert in living without tobacco using principles based on 25 years of research and experience helping people quit tobacco.

Quitting tobacco is the best thing you can do for your health, but we'll never pressure you to quit before you're ready.  We've helped hundreds of thousands of people successfully quit tobacco.  Let us help you too.”

There is a helpful Readiness to Quit survey on the website, and testimonials from individuals who have successfully completed the process.  There is a link to an available e-book to help with the process.   There is more helpful information on the user-friendly website, including answers to frequently-asked questions.
